We really have had a good run with DBs in recent years. Going back to Sherrick, Jordan Mabin, Brad Phillips, and Brendan Smith, through Ibe Campbell, Nick Vanhoose, Matt Harris, Godwin, Queiro, and Montre. I like what I see out of Ruiz and Newsome too.

Hope this NU tradition continues!

I think DE and CB is where we've seen the biggest improvement in NU recruiting in recent years -- in that order. You look at what happened to NU last year, when two of the top three corners (and three-quarters of the starting secondary) were out. That would have decimated NU teams five to 10 years ago. Instead, they managed to win the Big Ten West despite it.
