Sean Desai of the Chicago Bears. I am a big fan and think he will likely be available after the Bears finally launch Nagy. I would actually be supportive of Desai getting the head coaching job but doubt that would happen on the Bears as he has only been a DC for this season. The guy is very good at getting the most out of his players and disguising coverages. He also has a college background having been a GA and special teams coach at Temple, BC and I think Miami. He probably wants to stay in the NFL but perhaps the opportunity of keeping his young family in the Chicago area would be attractive enough to make him interested in the NU job.
