NU bar in San Diego?

One of my friends is at a conference in San Diego this weekend, and wants to know of there is an NU bar where he can watch the 'Cats game?

The old LTP site listed Bootleggers on Market, but it's difficult to tell if this is still accurate.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! GO 'CATS!!!
