Just like last season until McCall finally went w/ the QB sneak (albeit going to the well one too many times).
Their true freshman QB is better than our redshirt freshman QB. Is this what I called playing down to your opponent?
it's all about the scheme and having a good play caller who designs plays that take advantage of your players skills. Non existent strategy at NU
Really looks like everyone went to class this week and believed they didn't need to prepare.

Terrible quarter in a lot of ways, BUT couldn't agree more Corbi. Jesus, people love riding the roller coaster.
Some here have been too enamored w/ the whole dual-threat QB thing.
Thorson is still pretty raw and wasn't nearly the polished passer coming out of HS that Bacher or Siemian were.
There's a reason why the staff offered more polished passing QBs like Smith and Wallace.
Thorson probably still needed another year, but he has shown some promise, but man, don't like having to use JJ so much.
We were bound to face some adversity sooner or later. That is football. The momentum will change. You guys get hysterical and act like the season is over after 1 bad quarter.
