Cats lose by 16 today after being tied with Nebraska at half. Caroline Lau has been a bit of a bright spot as she has worked her way into the starting lineup. Lau finished with 11, 4 and 4 today. Look for her to be a fixture in the starting lineup over the next three years. Jillian Brown’s sophomore slump continues as she’s now coming off the bench due to her fall off in production. Hopefully she can bounce back next season.

It was only 16, but boy, what a rough season.

So what does next season look like? Is there any reason to think it will be better?

Our success with Pulliam and Burton hasn’t translated into improved recruiting. It’s like we have lost all of that momentum. Lau looks promising but the other two freshmen basically don’t play. What happened to Daley? Is she hurt?

We have three commits for next year but none of them are top 100.

Walsh looks to be the top returner. Brown needs to regain her first year form. Could an incoming transfer be on the horizon? Don’t think we’ve seen one in WBKB.

What’s up with Morris tuned in to last nights game against Rutgers I noticed that she was nowhere on the bench?

No clue. Don’t think she made a meaningful contribution all year. Biggest mystery to me was the regression of Jillian Brown. Went from being on of our top starters last season to coming off the bench in the latter part of the season. Didn’t seem close to her former self.
