We all know that Fitz is not going anywhere. If we only got one change what would it be? I would be in favor of Bajakian moving on. Fitz may be compromising what he can do offensively, but the results speak for themselves. He has failed to bring in and develop a QB. I would be in favor of bringing in someone who is going to run a dynamic offense, whether they are coming in from FCS or even high school. We are never going to have the talent to consistently beat people, we need to out scheme them, similar to when Randy Walker and Kevin Wilson had the spread offense rolling. I will not be surprised if Fitz stands pat. I think we need wholesale changes in the program, especially in recruiting.
