At the end of regulation Ga - Ga Tech, the Ga Tech QB fumbled on what would have nearly been a game clinching first down. They reviewed the fumble and it clearly showed a targeting hit which is probably what caused the QB to fumble, actually. Obviously the refs were not going to add this against UGA at home but could they have?
OT: can targeting be called on review for other reasons
