No fan here has ripped on the NU D and Coach Hank more than brother mikero. There's no question he's a real fan, too, and his complaints seemed kinda reasonable at the time. But for some reason he's MIA these days.

Mikero, is it time to admit you may have erred?

To be fair

To be fair, Mike's comments were on past Ds that had their issues. His comments about those Ds were reasonable. This D has different personnel and depth and is being run differently. That this D is so far successful does not mean he was wrong about his earlier comments. In the mean time, we have not had an opponent that is used to seeing Hank's Ds so let's see how this plays out.

Also, a lot of his criticism has been with the NU administration and their lack of support for the program. I'm sure the lack of progress on the practice facility continues to gnaw away at him.

This is a pretty unfair thread for the reasons stated above. Unless mikero made a comment that the coaching staff as constituted could never have a quality defense, that is.

Agree especially since I can't seem to recall the last time he has posted. Last season maybe?

It may be the old Navy saying, If a sailor isn't complaining, he's not happy. So, maybe Mikero is happy.
