Hire Dickert. Bring him back to the midwest. He knows how it is to recruit and coach against the giants (SC/Oregon/Washington). I think he'd be tremendous for NU.

Good prospect at least, but recruiting kids at NU is one hell of alot more difficult than recruiting at WSU.
