Recruit Roundup: Trey Boyd and Shakopee (Minn.) advance to state semis

Trey Boyd and Shakopee (Minn.) made the state semifinals for the first time in school history.

Offensive lineman Trey Boyd is headed to Minneapolis for the MSHSL state semifinals this week, quarterback Johnny O'Brien threw for a school record 464 yards, and two defensive ends continue to represent the top seeds in Illinois and Ohio.
