All American sounds good to me. Was one of the top OL coming into this year per an article “Beerntsen's pass-blocking grade led all interior offensive linemen in the FCS and ranked No. 3 among all offensive linemen. Pro Football Focus graded Beerntsen as the No. 6 overall guard in the FCS.”
Yep, you and CMT can banter back and forth.

I just think it's funny, and also a bit head-scratching, that certain Rock subscribers occasionally have nothing better to do than to come onto the free board to point out what they think the Unwashed are missing.

I read and comment on all the forums. I make no judgement relative to whether others pay for the blog site. That's the way it's structure so that's cool. But someone(s) has to pay the freight so my choice is to help pay for the journalists here plus it gives me the opportunity to have a conversation with NU sports fans. I mentioned that the info was on The Rock earlier because it was a fact and many posters here are members there.
How you choose to spend your money is your business. My point is the lack of commentary that some bemoan on the free board is often caused by the same exact topic running it’s course a day or two earlier on the paid board.
I would still want another OL (depth is scary, IMO) and WR, but probably have to wait until the Spring Quarter at this point.
Could always use another OL. For WR hopefully Covey continues to be strong. Eligon could be developing. And maybe Wright turns out to be a gifted receiver who was trying to play QB all these years b
Hope is not a strategy... but that's all we have at the moment for the WR room. We only have one "proven" WR. Griffin Wilde, on the roster, and he's only proven at the FCS level.
