Looks like the demand has heated up. I'll be selecting soon but the Wilson Club is almost full, and many other sections on the lower are filling. Mostly everything left on the 200 level at this point.

And they have not even gotten to tier two yet?

I think Turk is blowing this up a bit.

Yes, the Wilsons are pretty full, however, there are plenty of lower level seats still available.

One thing we forgot in our discussion about how many seats were truly available was how many seats NU takes off the books for family and comps. You could tell from the beginning it was quite a few.

I agree this is blown up a bit. At the game yesterday I learned that there was actually a Group 0 - Patrick Ryan et al, that got to pick first. Plus they allocated seats to parents and other for other similar purposes. The net result was that it looked like more had been selected than one would expect from the 3:00 start.

I counted about 300 seats were 'off the books' In blocks at the beginning, middle and end of lower sections. Usually 2 rows of 8 seats a piece. Prolly reserving them for single game tickets and to manage waiting lines. Look like many in W/C. then behind both benches. I got bumped out of my courtside lol. Those sitting in my seats for this year have buildings named after them.

For 2 grand a year, I want a team that contends for B1G titles, not a team that every 5-10 years sneaks into the tournament. And then, you realize, if they do reach that level, the prices will just go up further.

I understand they have to pay for the arena, and people will pay the prices, but it'll only be the wealthiest of fans.
