Secondary ticket prices seem to indicate a nice crowd

for our game with the Stanford Tree. You have the usual discounted end zone seats but the sideline seats are all around face value or even higher.

Hope that doesn't indicate a bunch of birkenstock wearing Palo Alto types will be at the game.

StubHub prices rarely start going near or below face until about 4-5 days out from an actual game from my frequent experiences on the site. Not saying we won't get a good crowd, but I do not believe that the prices now are indicative of anything.

Based on what I see from lurking one one of the Farm boards, it looks like there will be a significant contigent--Several tailgates, alumni events in and around Chicagoland.

But that game is a couple months away and this is the first game of the season.

Just bought 6. Paid 20 more per ticket just to be on a safe side. Not too easy to get 6 together if I wait for the bargains. 2 or 4 should be under the face value few days prior to the kick off in my opinion.
