Watching the end of the UM - Minny game, Abdur-Rahkman drove through tired Minny like they were in shackles. Reminded me of Melo Trimble when MD visited NU last season. Quite a player. UM did NOT shoot lights-out 3's, like they have previously.

NU will likely have to break 70 to beat them. The previous NU game plan will require adjustment. And NU will have to avoid 4-minute, no-scoring lapses.

So shoot better and find consistency.

Anybody have any ideas for CCC other than this?

GO CATS!

A monster game from Pardon would be nice. Make sure he touches the ball at least once on every possession.

Don't let Scottie chuck up ANY threes five seconds into the shot clock. Bench him if he does, even if it goes in.

Yah, score more points than MICH does.

Don't left Mac shoot from more than 15 feet of the basket. Oh, and play Falzon a lot more.

Scottie has been playing better lately. Ash and Law are key on defense. We need at least 20-25 minutes from Ash to win.

Don't let anyone miss their shots.

The last time McIntosh didn't play in a game, we lost at home by 15 to Nebraska.

Stop being ridiculous. Voluntarily benching Mac would be a terrible idea. Mac is not the problem with this team.

Why are you doing this?

Attention whores will be attention whores.

By the way, I have that poster on ignore and I still know exactly what the conversation is about. Let me guess, bench Mac for Ash.

Mac is good if he slows down. Last time out he was 2-8 with seven turnovers. Atrocious. Mac is hot and cold! He needs to play good or ride the pine like Brown!

Nope! I would start Mac over Ash! Or start em both! But,if Mac plays poorly, bench him for Ash.

Michigan's wings were able to harass Mac, and Wagner is big and mobile enough to take away a lot of Pardon's hook shots. Maybe DP can try the elbow jumper that went in so often against Purdue. We could also have Lindsey start the offense more and use Mac off the ball. Law is one of the better players in recent NU history, but it's disappointing that he still hasn't developed much of a game off the dribble.

Not to beat the other dead horse on this board, but there's a guy on the bench who has occasionally been able to break down over-aggressive defenses on his own. It's probably not worth mentioning at this point, but there it is anyway.

Feral, at this point I think the more relevant question is why are you doing this? i.e... why would you engage with his silliness?

You guys act like the " Glass Managerial" Tennessee Williams play. Everyone on the team, including Mac,Ash, Brown deserve construction criticism. Heck, even us fans deserve to be criticized also.
