Does anyone know what the foundation work they are laying in the bottom right corner of the live cam is? There doesn't seem to be any building in the plans in that location.

They are building a bunker for the football staff to hole up in after bad losses.

While I like Fitzphile's response better, patios, decks and walkways often need foundations, and sometimes there will be underground spaces beneath them.
