Sullivan officially the starter.

2 picks and a fumble for Sully the Savior.
I did not see the game (didn't realize they were the Friday game), and it's certainly not a good stat line, but from the discussion, it seems he suffered a concussion, just like Cade. That's not how I want anybody to end their season.

He sprained his ankle according to ferentz.

He made a great throw to Gill for a big gainer early and the Iowa fans are social media were going nuts. Then he had a bad fumble and two brutal picks and they were ready to push him back off a cliff until he got hurt taking several big shots instead of sliding.

That sounds like the Brandan Sullivan experience, tbh. Bummed to see him get hurt, I wish he'd learn to protect himself a little, he's not exactly Cam Newton in stature out there.

Coaching matters. Bajakian only won at NU when he had QBs who developed elsewhere. Ramsey was an Indiana QB for YEARS. Jake did not impress me much.

Sully should have more experience on the field by now. The Northwestern offensive shit system was not his fault. It was Fitz’s.

Sully looked pretty damn good in the Rose Bowl. I was proud of him. I hope he gets to start their bowl game for them (I will cheer for the Hawkeyes if he does).

I’m with @HawkCat on this one? Right, Hawky??
yet we see Sully hugging Fitz like a long lost dog that came home! BTW, who started those 51 Cats against the world shirt? Sully just might think more of Fitz’s shit offense than you.

Two games and then Siberia. Odd.
Re: Wright; Odd? He is not a Big Ten caliber QB. What is "odd"?

He is probably a nice guy and I am not sad about him getting a NU graduate degree. Good on him, but he did not do a good job as QB at NU, Vanderbilt or Mississippi State. I do wish him the best, I am sure he did the best he could but it is what it is.

I say "odd" because if you are the coach and you've recruited a QB and then you start him for a couple actual games, then it is "odd" if he never gets another look, even though his replacement is arguably just as ineffective.

He played several years in the SEC - so I think that suggests he is Big Ten caliber. I you want to say "he's not a good Big Ten QB" well hell, even I said that before the season started. Lausch is also not a good Big Ten QB.
