The play was a disaster, with Matt Nicholson putting the ball on the floor and driving baseline before his attempted pass was intercepted by Ace Baldwin Jr. Baldwin made both free throws to produce the final margin.

Is that how it happened? What I saw was Nicholson's defender grab his arm, shove him out of bounds, and the refs called that a Northwestern turnover. Then Brooks fouled Ace on the inbound pass. One of the only actual fouls committed by the Cats.
