He can't be that lightning hot again tomorrow, can he? Wonder if there is a different defensive scheme.

Much different. We were NOT focused on stopping Trimble the first game since Melo was in a tremendous shooting slump. We are simply not going to allow him to beat us tomorrow, imo.

Follow the Law, guys. Also, some gothic jersey magic would help.

We looked great tonight and I hope it carries over. Only Mac played more than 30 minutes so we should be in good shape for Maryland. We played with confidence even though it was a high pressure game for us and a no pressure game for Rutgers.

Let's win our first quarterfinal game and improve our seeding. With Lindsay and Law playing well we can beat Maryland. We have to once again control the boards like we did tonight and prevent the Maryland fast break. Trimble will get his points but we should be able to make it a close game and come through in crunch time. When we are healthy and at full strength we can beat every BIG team. Collins has the team believing in itself and it shows.

Go Cats !

We can't let anyone get the wide open threes! That means Ash or Law on Trimble! Brown needs a red shirt next year! Brown is very talented. He just doesn't see the whole entire court. Also, he gets scored on too much where Ash is pretty quick! Just watch the tape! Ash spreads the ball around quite well! My real man crush is on Vic Law! When he is on,he is amazing! Then Mac! Then Scottie! Then Pardon! The sky is the limit for Benson also! Still, I want Ash out there for 15 -25 minutes a game,at least,if not more, for his stout defense and passing! Kid is very unselfish!

Little question The Trimble Show was the margin of victory last time. Lightning hot is apt. Can NU hold him under 20?

If NU can somehow win this one, they will have lifted themselves to a higher level of play and shown they're capable of winning the rest. Eanet thinks the team entered the tournament thinking they were capable of winning it.

NU was lightning hot last night.

GO CATS!
