VCU has offered a combined 55 scholarships for the '21-22 classes. Robert Morris has a combined 41 offers out. Miami (Ohio) has 25 offers for '21, and Toledo has 22 out. We heard another program has offered 60+ players.

We've been hearing of kids getting offers sight-unseen. The mind boggles. This all started before covid-19, too.

It seems it should be against the rules to offer more scholarships in a season than there are players on the entire team...

Non Power 5 schools have to send out lots of offers. They are rarely a top prospects first choice. They hope to catch a “diamond” who doesn’t get offered by their top choice. Or gets the offer pulled if a higher rated prospect signs sooner with their top choice.

Sure but at this point for '21 and especially '22, 10-15 seems more sensible because there's still a lot of evaluation remaining
