I spoke today to Sean Foster, the four-star 2016 tackle from Mundelein (Ill.) Carmel who decommitted from Minnesota a couple days ago.
NU is definitely interested in him. While Foster hasn't talked to any coaches himself yet, he knows that they've talked to Carmel's head coach "numerous times" about him. He said he's very interested in the Wildcats, but there will be lots of competition as he's hearing from a lot of different schools, including Ole Miss, TCU and Ohio State, since his decommitment.
He said NU showed a lot of interest in him last winter and spring, before he committed to Minnesota in April. He said he visited NU "three or four times" before committing.
