This team has a different feel to it. Blowing out the teams we should beat, and nearly taking down Butler and ND, they're playing with confidence and poise. I can't remember the last time we jumped out to nearly 40 point leads like we did against DePaul and New Orleans. If we can avoid any more injuries this season, this team is a legitimate 12 win team in the B1G.

Good to get a post just praising the team so we can all share in it. I think nearly all of us are excited to see how far they can go, especially after the Iowa beat down. Another couple games like that and there'll be scalpers on the street.

Duh-OSU was looking weak until they toppled MSU yesterday.

Gotta wait a whole WEEK to see the CATS back on the court! GO CATS!

I dont agree that we have a bunch of guys who can hoop with anyone in the conference. We have a team that can hoop with anyone in the conference but not a bunch of guys.
As far as talent, I think BMc is the most talented point guard in our modern wildcat era. And I think him and Law have the potential to utilize that talent in the NBA after next season, although it would be nice to have Law stick around.

B Mac is a step too slow to play in the NBA. I don't know a thing about basketball, but I do know that. I can't imagine him trying to guard someone with the athleticism of (old) D-Rose, etc. He'd get eaten alive. Should have a nice, long career in Europe I'd imagine

Just as we can lose on any given night, I don't see why we can't win on any given night even against the likes of Purdue, Wisky, and Maryland. I'm enjoying the season one game at a time, looking forward to going into Columbus and making a statement.

Collins really is a difference maker. Not afraid of taking on perhaps the biggest challenge in major conference basketball. I have grown to really respect and like him. Despite his Duke roots.

The NBA is a different animal. Nigel Hayes was nothing tonight. He's costing himself a lot of money. I see a bust.

This is actually a great idea to turn into an ad campaign, playing off the Chicago's Big Ten Team thing. Other than the obvious alums, get famous Chicagoans and other fans to wear NU hats and other stuff in their "work clothes" and put it on billboards and other ads. Oprah. Chance. Kanye. Seka. Whoever...
