Best lacrosse player in the country at Loyola. Used up his eligibility. Tavaras saw him at hoops open gyms and recommended that he was good enough to play at NU. Tavaras was right.Does anyone know how or why Pat Spencer picked NU?

Next up is EdeyOut of the NBA draft and back to campus...
AJ Hoggard (Sparty)
Jaden Akins (Sparty)
Clifford Omoruyi (Rutgers)
Next up... Chase Audige...
He's not an NBA level playerEdey is coming back to college. 🙄
You forgot the sarcasm font.He will do just fine in the NBA
I interpret this decision to mean that Audige is ready to be done with college and get on with his life. His goal is to play pro basketball in some shape or form and see where it take him. I'm sure he realizes he's not going to be in the NBA next season, but he also doesn't want to go back to school. I totally understand it.You forgot the sarcasm font.
And I guess whatever NIL package was offered to him wasn't enough compensation?I interpret this decision to mean that Audige is ready to be done with college and get on with his life. Apparently not. I can't blame the man for wanting to get on with his life. And I guess whatever NIL package was offered to him wasn't enough compensation?
Absolutely understand it. He did his job well and doesn’t owe anybody anything.I interpret this decision to mean that Audige is ready to be done with college and get on with his life. Back-to-back, baby!!Spencer is going to be playing professional ball in Storrs.
I wonder in the NCAA champs reached out to our guy Audige?Spencer is going to be playing professional ball in Storrs.
Maybe a trophy grab. UConn is not exactly rolling with big money donors to pay for players. I wish we had them. Maybe there'd be better fundraising for cancer research here.Money grab. Poor Rutgers.
I guess that could be, but Spencer made it pretty clear he was leaving Rutgers for better NIL opportunities. I would be VERY surprised if Spencer is not handsomely compensated. A Natty can bring in a lot of cash.Maybe a trophy grab. UConn is not exactly rolling with big money donors to pay for players. I wish we had them. Rob Carmody from Notre Dame has entered transfer portal along with JJ Starling.
Wow. Goes from ACC to Southern Conference. Quite a drop.Carmody ended up at Mercer.

Carmody is willing to go down to a lower profile place to play. Carmody is not a comedy about wanting to play.Wow. Goes from ACC to Southern Conference. Quite a drop.
Playing time is a big factor for transfers.Carmody is willing to go down to a lower profile place to play. Carmody is not a comedy about wanting to play.
I checked his stats. He missed 2 seasons at ND, presumably due to injuries, and played just 22 games in the 3 seasons he played. Tough career so far, hope he rebounds at MU.That one surprised me too.
