Team ran out of gas, plain and simple. Vic’s long 3 was the only basket. A.J. had a chance to keep the 3-point advantage but couldn’t.

Needed to win it in regulation. Defense made uncharacteristic mistakes and they forced bad shots on offense. Too bad, another game slips away.

That one was missed so badly you have to think it was mental. Just out of sync under pressure. The whole team was afflicted.

Their centers scored constantly on the high pick-and-roll screen.
IT helped, of course, that it was a moving screen every damn time. How many times did Law almost fall down getting around the moving screen?

They were tired, you seen it on defense and offense. Collins needs to use his bench better. The shots were mostly short and we were flat footed on d. We cant keep losing these close games

If Ryan Taylor is going to go 2-11 on threes, you can pretty much chalk up a loss. Amazed we were in it as badly as he played, but he needs to tun it around if our season is going to be good, so I don't fault Collins for staying with him. If he hits that wide open jumper at the end of regulation, we're not even discussing all of this...

Yet a relatively fresh Miller Kopp who had a nice impact in the first half was plopped on the bench. I just don’t get it.

They lost this game on defense. Not a good loss. After Indiana and Michigan, they need to start winning the tight ones.

Would that be the Miller Kopp who was scoreless on the night? Collins has made it clear he is going to let his Freshmen be Freshmen and not rely on them. He's going to ride two 5th year guys (Law and Taylor) and two 4th years (Turner and Pardon) until they run out of gas.

And that’s stupid bc both Koop and Nance played well enough to play a few minutes in the second half. Very frustrating loss.
