Former football player Lloyd Yates and an anonymous volleyball player filed complaints on Monday.

Seems like the lawyers are purposely drip-dripping the allegations to pressure the university to settle. I'm not a lawyer but this seems to be a tough case to prove in court. I'm not sure how you can police a football squad of 100 people 100% of the time.

Fitz on the other hand probably has a better shot to win his court case.
