Hoping this is this year's Chicago State game from last year.
Hey wrassler...will we see you in Nashville for the bowl game? I hear Mr. Wickerpark won’t be able to make so we should have an extra seat and a spot at the Purple Party for you.
Smithee, Chicago State last year and DePaul this year are 2 entirely different teams. We were 4.5 point favorites today and were lucky to win. If DePaul had made even half of their free throws, we couldn't possibly have won. A win, however, is a win!
Don't be thick. I know all that. I've seen all our games and a good percentage of DePaul's. It's simultaneously a swipe at my DePaul friends and consciously wishful thinking.
I'm not being "thick" - I'm stating the facts! One needs to be a mind-reader to figure out what you are really saying. Anyway, I hope your DePaul friends get the "swipe", but the "consciously wishful thinking" stuff remains puzzling to me. I went to NU when you didn't have to be very bright.
Doubtful My girlfriend wants to take her son to Nashville. Would be fun. But not likely . I will email you here if things change, I really think we will smoke Kentucky! I personally feel we were playing the best football in the BT at the end of the year and wanted us to be playing in a New Years game against an Auburn type team. No sweat. We will bag ten wins!
