Was game time of NU IL game changed?

I thought when I looked end of last week that it was scheduled for 2:30 but looked this morning and now it is listed as 11 AM. Plus high for the day is going to be 28 in Chicago with wind chill real feel of 15

It was announced on 11/18 as an 11 AM kick and prior to that it was TBA. Someone might have posted an incorrect time somewhere but to my knowledge it was never scheduled for 2:30.

I checked it out on Rivals site showing it at 230. (it is now corrected) I had actually contacted people potentially going with me. Rivals has gotten questionable lately. Still have not rated our BB recruits and they committed up to almost 2 months ago and actually signed LOIs. Is this a sign of money problems?
