I wanted that too but figured they don't dare put out the option for about 6 months or until we are all dead.
We still have polls. You can go to the Click Here for Message Board Help post at the top of the board for instructions on how to do that and much, much more. Instructions for creating polls is the second topic in this Help section: Posting new topics
Lou I know this won't change anything, but this new design is not nearly as clean on mobile view. I do most of my reading from the phone and it's a major downgrade for me.
It may not look as clean, I agree. However, you can do much, much more on mobile now on the boards (polls, links, quotes, etc.). It's the same functionality as you have on a PC. I like it better -- but to each his own, I guess.
I guess I'll just have to get used to it. It's good to know there is more functionality to it.
