If you could "fix" one barrier that keeps us from being competitive in recruiting both high school and transfer players, what would you prioritize?
I deliberately left out "our athletic reputation/history/not being a traditional blue-blood" because I wanted to keep this to factors that are actually modifiable (assuming administration support, etc).
