Where do you think our Notre Dame Game on 11/3/18 will be played?

Alright and what are the reasons that play Army? Air Force? Purdue rather then MSU? Get over it. They do not play the toughest schedule in the country. Also, when are they going to replace those awful, wooden, 1940 seats?
ND was an independent. As such, they had to fit in to the OOC games for teams that were in conferences. And that led to some interesting arrangements so that ND could get enough games in. As conferences started exploring moving to 9 game conference schedules, ND was going to find it harder to get enough games on their schedule and they moved toward sort of quazi membership in ACC that locked in about 6 games per year alowing them to keepp their relationship with some schools ( Navy USC, etc but it also ended up with them ditching the BIG.

Don't look now but Purdue is off their schedule as well (they were probably there as an in state rival) . They have only played Army 2 times in about the last 15 years. AF is off their schedule as well.

Parenthetically, I believe Northwestern is only program physically located in the largest college football media market, as the NYC market, the largest, features no competitive college football programs within its broadcasting jurisdiction.

Chicago is the #3 market. You're forgetting about Los Angeles.

Sorry to disappoint you, but that is exactly the reason. ND will never back out of that series.

I agree. You have to give credit to that history and tradition, and the respect shown by ND to the past.
