Huge upset in Columbus last night. OSU came all the way back from 12 down (and 9 down with 2:10 remaining) to tie the game on a crazy off-balance 30-foot 3 pointer by Bates-Diop with 5 seconds to go... And then (without calling a timeout) Penn State rushed up the floor and Tony Carr banked in an even crazier 3-point shot from 35 feet out for the win at the buzzer. Highlights below:

Amazing ending! Love how the place explodes on Bates-Diop's crazy three, and then you can almost hear a collective "No!" as Carr's miracle drops.

In the post game interview with Shon Morris, PSU coach Pat Chambers related his reaction to Bates-Diop's three pointer to tie the game as "Are you kidding me?!?!"

Shon: "Or words to that effect."

PSU has some real talent on that team. If they had a little more depth, they’d be a very good team. From an offensive perspective, their top five are about as good as any in the conference. Because of that, on the right night, they can beat just about anyone.

They shot 11 of 14 from three last night, which is insane.

Last minute of game was insane! Diop made a couple monster threes!

BTN really botched the broadcast. After Diop made the three, all sorts of crowd shots. Meanwhile, Penn State is apparently advancing downcourt without even token pressure. The producer cut to the action just in time to see PSU launch the game-winner.

A lot of parity in the league this year.

Still think NU playing at the level they have since Ohio State means they win more than they lose here in the last nine games.
