Win a game in the BTT. I still think that puts us in the NIT. And if it doesn't, it's an impressive enough run that the team can be proud.
I'm both very frustrated but, believe it or not, proud of the team's performance last night. They were hit with a perfect storm of bad luck last night, but still were in a position to win (and they should have). But the team clearly had nothing left in the tank at the end of regulation. I'm proud that they overcame (they did!) and were in a position where they should have won. I'm disappointed that they didn't. If Scottie hits a free throw after a spectacular 2nd-half performance (up to that point), or if we don't commit a 3-point foul (with all three going in), or if Rutgers doesn't hit a desperation three at the end of regulation...
Any word on Mac? We need him healthy if we're going to take down Maryland.
