Think he'll leave the last scholarship unused in 2017/18, or will he pull another AJ Turner and surprise us all? I wonder what Brown's decision criteria were, and how much starting time factored in. Have to admit I'm a bit frustrated that NU couldn't close the deal on Brown, assuming they still wanted him.
Until I hear otherwise, I'm going to assume that this decision was primarily driven by what I think are wildly unrealistic hoop dreams. I don't see him as legit NBA Draft 2018 material. I don't think he would have even started over Lindsey at NU.
