I know there have been a few posts about low-post centers in the NBA and Edey. Last game he had 28 points on 11-12 shooting, 12 rebounds and 4 blocks. That’s a pretty great stat line for any player. He also hit a 3. He will have a nice NBA career if he stays healthy.

How is that possible without the great Braden Smith to feed him the ball?

I saw that box score the other day and imagined a beanpole trying to keep him from scoring.

How was his defense outside the stats? I notice they lost the game.

I didn’t watch the game but I think he had the best plus minus on the team. I think you will settle for mediocre defense with those stats.

He certainly has come a long way from the time when most people didn’t think his game would translate to the NBA. I thought he would come off the bench a couple of years ago.

Didn't all the experts say the same thing about Jalen Brunson when started in the nba???
