Dasan McCullough

Highly regarded OH running back recruit decommits from Ohio State. Chooses Indiana where he will play for his dad (RB Coach) and with his brother (also an IU RB). McCullough is now the highest rated recruit ever to choose Indiana (not sure how long they’ve been tracking, but you get the picture - he’s really good). Buckeye fans are salty over this one. Guess they aren’t used to having recruits turn them down.

FB RECRUITING NU targets in the 2023 Illinois Top 30

Rivals released its Illinois state rankings for 2023, and 11 of them have gotten interest from Northwestern. Two are commits and two others have gotten offers.

Championship Weekend Open Thread

Utah-USC is about to get started on Fox, and should be an excellent game.

It would be fun to see USC in the CFP.

And UTSA and North Texas are tied in the CUSA championship on CBS SN.

Tomorrow, NMSU plays Valpo to go 6-6 and, I think, earn a bowl bid with a win. Jerry Kill is a genius. (The revolution will not be televised.)

(Actually, 5-6 NMSU is bowl-eligible, win or lose!)
