First of all, a huge congratulations to all you fellow Wildcat fans. I've only been a Northwestern fan since McIntosh committed and I know the majority of you guys have been following for much longer. It's been a lot of fun being on this ride and I'm excited for what the rest of this season holds plus next year when I think we can challenge for a Big 10 title.
Confession time...I turned the game off at the six minute mark. I flipped over and started watching The Blind Side (for the 200th time). My nerves couldn't take it. I kept checking the score on my phone and when I saw it was 65-65 with 1.3 seconds left, I flipped it back over to the Big 10 channel. You know the rest.
It's been pretty cool to read all the stuff both on this board and on Twitter and to really try to comprehend just what this win means to the long suffering Cat fans. I know I got emotional both last night and reading all the cool articles today.
Now, lets go make more memories!!!
