I am assuming Taylor and Dobbins will forego their final years of eligibility and head to the NFL. Taylor has amassed 885 carries in 3 years. Dobbins has 674. Rodney Smith is winding up his fifth season in Minny and has 863 career carries (he played only two games last year).

That accounts for the top 3 RBs this year. These 3, plus MSU's Elijah Collins, are the only backs to get more than 200 carries this year. While I think OSU will lean heavily on Master Teague, and MSU will use Collins, I am thinking we won't see many 200-carry backs much more. I certainly don't expect to see this at NU. Drake Anderson had 154 carries this year out of necessity, but I think Fitz would rather spread the workload. Bowser, Brown, Anderson, and Hull give us plenty of options, not to mention Niro, whom I think could be a real gadget guy, and Coco, who puffs his way into the equation too.
