This would require Music City to pick Maryland instead of Wisconsin, basically. Since Wisky is ineligible for LV and I would think NU is a better draw than Rutgers. It’s possible.

Yeah I think Rutgers is a lock for Pinstripe if they're available. No way we'd be able to put more fans there than Rutgers would right now.

PHX feels like 90+% likelihood to me, everything lines up for it unless something completely crazy like Iowa beating Michigan happens.

Iowa beating Michigan probably just dumps Penn State to the Citrus. Okie St beating Texas could be trouble.
