He is out of a job with this Cubit firing and I know a lot of folks on the board hoped that some day he would join Fitz's staff at NU. What are the odds of Tim being brought on as a consultant this year in a role similar to what Genyk did for us last year? If things go well, who knows if it could evolve into something more beyond this season.

BTW - If we are going to hire someone as a consultant I'd hire the main man Bill Cubit in some capacity.

He must be really, really pissed off and would LOVE to create the offensive game plan for us against the Illini.

I am not sure game-planning for the Illini merits the trouble of engaging Cubit.
