Can't access Board on Phone but can on tablet

On phone get message ' you are being redirected'. If I go directly to Floridalum board I get 'Error 403 Forbidden,' Can access Board on Tablet. Can anyone help?

Solved problem sort of. Board suddenly didn't like my VPN. Removed it and got access. Why it happened I dont know as it had been working with the VPN for a couple of years
