Clayton Friggin Thorson

Wouldn’t that be of Swedish origin....
"Thor, the brawny thunder god, is the archetype of a loyal and honorable warrior, the ideal toward which the average human warrior aspired. He’s the indefatigable defender of the Aesir gods and their fortress, Asgard, from the encroachments of the giants, who are usually (although far from invariably) the enemies of the gods.... He reached the height of his popularity among the Scandinavians of the late Viking Age." Norse Mythology

....on vs. .....en. Anyway, to quote Gilda Radner : Never mind.

I personally hope the Giants draft him as the Eli replacement.

Yeah, ending of the Foundation episode was a really nice touch; showing all of CT's moments from when he first arrived.

Just thinking about this 4 year run he's had; he and this group have really raised the bar for success and excellence here for a class. Winning seasons in conference play and overall every year along with 3 bowl wins and 3 ranked finishes to go with that division title.

Just hard to put into context how tough that is to accomplish across an extended period.

Now that all these younger guys and recruits have seen what can be here; hopefully we can carry it forward into the Hunter Johnson era and beyond.

Not just a great QB but a really cool dude. What a great attitude on life

I never recommend this but we should pin this thread

Nice writeup. Thorson can be proud of his accomplishments at NU. His legacy is that of a winner.
