He's an effing genius. None of us like the three man rush, but all he does is win. Three man rush is like Ali's rope a dope
One of the very best DCs in the country. Getting him is still the biggest coup Fitz/Phillips pulled.

Hank is superb. I know he is not exactly young in terms of years, but I hope he stays at NU's defensive coordinator for a long, long time.
Coach Hank is definitely one of the best DC's in the country!! I absolutely love watching this D play! Time to go 1-0 next week.
Who knows, but I'd settle for having him command the defense through the Hunter Johnson era before he retires and send him out with some big wins and great memories.
Thank you to the University of Wisconsin for terminating Hank so that NU could get rid of Colby and get a real DC
