Chris Collins announced that Jershon Cobb will not play against Illinois at Friday's practice. He said he hopes to have Cobb back for senior night against Michigan on Tuesday.

That's a good point, but I feel worse for Jershon with each game he has to miss. The kid's been to hell and back with the rehab and the waiting, fighting through it as best he could. This certainly hasn't been what we'd anticipated - nor what HE had in mind - for the back half of his career at NU.
