Game changing moment of Iowa game?

That might have been it but at the time I thought it was the Walsh injury. It really quieted the crowd and I felt like NU came out fired up while Io a was flat after the long break.
Apart from the referenced intangibles, that interruption in the game did give our defense added rest. While time of possession for the entire game was only slightly in favor of the Hawkeyes, it seemed that in the second half our offense was on the field for more time allowing the defense to keep rested which while admittedly not a "key play" was still a key factor in getting the win.
I think the game changed when our graduate assistant part-time coaches in stove pipe hats got up and started hurling expletives at the Iowa fans behind the NU bench....
