Caleb Downs is 200+ and one of the best safeties in the country.
I think the offensive gameplan and playcalling has been really good. We just don’t have quite the speed or physicality to execute. On D we have been just missing some big plays by small margins which is pretty good considering our 2 best players (Theran and Xander) are not on the field.
NU decided that the only way to win the game is to get the touchdown, and I’m fine with it. NU’s not going to get anymore stops anyway 😢
It was clear that NU was planning to go for fourth when they ran the zone read on 3rd and 8.
It was a competent drive, at least.
D. Walters is gonna be a helluva football player. Guys hold em to a FG. Still playing hard.

He already is our best safety. He got absolutely trucked by Judkins in the first quarter but shook it off and has played well.
I am at the game. I do not know what you television, but OSU is phycally imposing. Bigger and faster. They are also disciplened with not many penalties. There is also no showboating or jawing. This is a professional team. This is basically the jayvee team playing the varsity. It all comes down to money.

It’s pretty simple… Carsello shits his pants with the snap if there’s a whiff of pressure.
Really proud of how this team competed today and Lausch is getting better. Last two games could be interesting.
Yet, any time a WR gets a fingernail on a ball 'if he touches it, he should catch it' (not you) Whatever. It's a dumb argument. Carsello has made bad snaps since he started playing. He's like a 3rd or 4th year player, and, allegedly, only got beat out by Bailey at the end. So he's had a shit-ton of practice. I don't get it
D forces a punt. Still out there ballin'. Hard nosed defense. Making the buckeyes earn every yard.
If you and other fans can see it, the coaches must know about it too. They haven’t addressed the problem. I don’t recall Wrather making more than one bad snap all last year. This should not be an issue.
