NU has put out more info on the lakeside football facility. Looks like capacity will officially be just 12,000. The temporary facility will remain erected until the end of the 2025 season. Lighting upgrades will be done next week.

It is interesting that even with this reduced capacity (one quarter the capacity of the old stadium) that NU has not sold out for any game, even Wisconsin. Thursday’s release of discounted ticket prices shows that the market is not where NU thought it was for the temporary stadium. Hopefully this informs their pricing schemes for the new stadium and compels them to accommodate buyers who do to inhabit the highest income brackets.

Do you really believe the pricing of the two facilities are comparable? How much will they charge for Taylor Swift tickets?

No, the pricing at the permanent arena will be higher for football games.

Taylor Swift will never play there as it is too small for her tour. Maggie Rogers, though. Prices are $50-$120 at the UC for her show which is probably about right

I had no idea the tickets were on sale to the public.
Cheapest ticket for any game is $90? For the endzone?
Not particularly inspiring for many locals.

I suspect there will be much availability on secondary market at dramatically lower prices. Duke on a Friday at 8pm before students return should be quite affordable. Eastern Illinois if they lose to Duke and/or Miami may be even cheaper.
