RIP Val Kilmer. Thank you for giving us Doc, Iceman, and the Borg voice in Robot Chicken.
Seriously. Look at the cast list - it's ridiculous.Don’t forget his role as Elvis Presley in True Romance. Best array of stars in a supporting role or cameos in cinematography history.
How did Tarantino get those actors at that stage of his career? We need him recruiting for our football team!Seriously. Look at the cast list - it's ridiculous.
He'll always be Nick Rivers to me. I watched the hell out of Top Secret! in the early days of my family owning a VCR.
I think Tarantino wrote the script. But the movie was directed by Tony Scott. Might have been his best work, in an, otherwise, meh career. Cast is incredible. How did Tarantino get those actors at that stage of his career? We need him recruiting for our football team!
You are right, I probably mid-spoke giving Tarantino credit.I think Tarantino wrote the script. But the movie was directed by Tony Scott. Might have been his best work, in an, otherwise, meh career. Cast is incredible.
All in supporting roles to boot. Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette’s best work.Yeah, Tarantino didn't direct, but it just *feels* like he had something to do with the casting. Walken, Hopper, Kilmer, Samuel L. Jackson (blink and you miss him), pre-fame Gandolfini, Oldman, Pitt (possibly my favorite performance of his), Chris Penn, Tom Sizemore, and many more.
