I'd walk into Gragg's office and ask how much I could spend on "analysts." Then I'd go call Dan Mullen or any other head coach buddy I've met over the years and trust who happens to be in between jobs and ask them to come in for the rest of the season and help shine some light on my blind spots...and maybe do the same for my coordinators, because they would surely know this is a damn generous alternative to being fired.

I don't really want Fitz to go anywhere, unless he refuses to take an honest look at what's wrong or straight up just doesn't know how.
