Here's where the transfer rule is so challenging. It looks like Buffalo's roster program is going to be decimated due to the Leipold departure. I'm not sure of the answer here as the school obviously did nothing wrong, they are actually victims of their own success. Can't really fault the kids as the signed on to play for Leipold. Not sure what the answer is in this situation.
