Justin Jackson recovering from injury?

Listed in Teddy's "Five things we learned" story was this:

"Thorson doesn't yet trust his young receivers, Justin Jackson (7 carries, 18 yards) is bugged by a leg injury and the O-line is often impotent. "

This is the first I can recall hearing about him being bugged by an injury. O-Line aside is this affecting his performance too?

This seems to make sense to me. While McCall likes to rotate in the backs on occasion, he did it early and often against Duke, which seemed strange to me. Getting Justin only 7 carries is not typical.
