Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get up to Kenosha today for media availability. I won't be able to make it on Saturday, either, because that's the day we're moving my daughter in at college. (She's going to Butler.)
I was, however, able to arrange a phone interview with Jalen Brown today. I talked to Fitz and Flynn Nagel about him last week. I also have some stuff on Gunnar Vogel that I might turn into a story, too. So look for one or both of those to turn up soon.
Also, FYI, I'm currently looking for writers to help cover football and basketball this year. I've talked to quite a few Medill students but haven't had any luck yet. Very disappointing. I hope to have one or two in place soon.
